Bente Videbaek was born in Denmark and holds degrees in English and Danish/Scandinavian from the University of Copenhagen. After moving to the United States in 1985, she obtained a doctoral degree from Northwestern University, Illinois. Her main area of interest is British Renaissance drama. She is currently Undergraduate Director.
