Pest Management Service Request
This electronic system can be used to request pest management services from Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) for pest problems occurring in campus buildings and areas.
Pest Management services in the following buildings are provided through contracted services and should be reported as noted below.
- Campus Residences: Call Quad Office or Maintenance Desk at (631) 632-9585
- Healthcare Facilities: Call Housekeeping at (631) 444-1460
- Long Island State Veterans Home: Call Environmental Services at (631) 444-8790
