Attached for your information and reference, please find the Research Foundation's Student Titles Policy. Also attached is Student Title Matrix that was developed to provide at-a-glance information, and to assist you in selection of the appropriate student title. These items were initially distributed at the March 13, 2003 QCB meeting. However, the matrix has been revised to include the type of timesheet that should be submitted for incumbents in each of those titles.
Please also note, that new titles were added over the last two years. The more commonly used titles have assigned hiring ranges based on the 2002-03 RF Salary Plan. Other titles may be assigned salaries that are commensurate with the duties and qualifications of the position while maintaining equity within the department or unit.
