SOLAR System for OLLI Members

The SOLAR System is a tool you will be using frequently to access your University records and enroll in OLLI workshops each term. This easy-to-use, web-based system allows members to:

• Update their personal data, such as phone numbers and addresses
• Sign-up for SB Alert (emergency communications system)
• Find and register for OLLI workshops

We have prepared a guide that will walk you through the steps of verifying your personal information, making updates where necessary, and signing up for SB-Alert.

Having Problems Accessing SOLAR?

Some OLLI members may have a different password than the default password (birthdate as MMDDYY) based on their past association with the University. If this password does not work for you, please click on the "SOLAR Password Help" link and provide the information asked. This will generate a new password, which will be sent to you via e-mail within minutes.

If you have not had success with the default or newly generated passwords, then click on the "Report a Problem" link and fill out the form.
